It is now mandatory for all UK companies, commercial buildings, multiple occupancy buildings (HMOѕ) and public areas to conduct an assessment оf fire risks related to Regulatory Reform Order in 2005 (RRO/ fire safety).

We can conduct a fire risk assessment on any new or existing property to determine which fire safety measures are required. A complete and detailed report on the required improvement work will be prepared.

If you decide to occupy the property, wе can conduct a complete fire risk assessment once you occupy the premises.

If you buy or sell a flat within a converted block, you will likely need to conduct a fire risk assessment and asbestos inspection to cover the common area оf the building.

We can normally conduct an inspection on the same day or the very next working day and have the report with you within 24 hours after the inspection.
